Activewear Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase and feel confident in what you wear as you grow stronger in Christ — body, mind, and spirit.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your activewear purchase, we gladly accept returns on eligible items under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
Final sale and discounted items are not eligible for return.
Certain items (such as undergarments or swimwear) may be final sale — this will be clearly noted on the product page.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — we will gladly make it right at no additional cost.

 

How to Request a Return:
To initiate a return, please email us at threeinonecompany@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Refund Policy for Digital Programs

Due to the nature of these products - digital products, immediately accessible -  

we do not offer refunds.
